I have trained in the club for around 10 years until I moved to another country. It was my first experience in regular martial arts training. Great informal and very accepting atmosphere, proper etiquette is established on the mats and everyone is adequately helped and encouraged. I have met people who became my life long friends there. There is a great balance of solid training and freedom. Sensei Lorcan is a very thoughtful and fair teacher. Highly recommend.
